Terms & Conditions

-Party $100 deposits are taken as holding fee for your party date and time, this is to ensure you have secured your spot and it then is not available to the public. For any cancellation reason this deposit is non-refundable

-As GKP welcomes all outside vendors into our Centre for party set ups, we ask that you discuss with your vendors set up times as we can allow 15min bump in time prior to your start time throughout the day & for private setups a 30min bump in time prior to your start time. Please contact Management to discuss further if required.

-Please note that if you are considering a Grazing Table a Non-Refundable deposit of $500 will be required for this catering option. This deposit will be deducted off your final party payment. Please let our team know in advance if you will be going ahead with this option

– We ask that our facility waiver be signed prior to arriving if it hasn’t been done before. GKP Waiver only needs to be filled out once and can be accessed on our website www.gokidsplay.com.au

– You agree to the GKP Facility entry rules stated on our website

– Strictly NO outside food & drink is permitted into our center,

-All parties are a maximum of 2hours inside the venue. Extra time is an option at a additional cost only for private parties.
